There are two main types of report we can provide.
RESIDENTIAL VALUATION REPORT – ideal for the person who, whither buying or selling, wants to know what the property is worth. This report is used most commonly in reporting to a lender for mortgage purposes.
HOME CONDITION REPORT – perfect for those who want more information on the condition of the property so that they can make a better informed decision on what to pay for the property taking into account its condition.
