Grant Robertson MRICS
Grant Robertson is the Senior Partner of CRGP Robertson LLP. Grant qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in March 1990 having trained with Residential and Commercial firms based in Scotland. He joined CRGP Robertson as a Partner in 1993 then subsequently as Director and Vice Chairman of Allied Surveyors. Grant specialises in residential investment and development appraisals. He is considered a market leader on development opportunities and advises on many large residential and mixed use developments within Central Scotland reporting to both Developers and Lenders on viability.

Ian Thomson Bsc (Hons) MRICS
Ian Thomson is the Managing Partner of CRGP Robertson LLP. Ian qualified with an honours degree in Estate Management from Heriot Watt University in 1983 and as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986 the same year he Joined CRGP. He became a partner in 1989. He opened and ran the Lanarkshire operation of CRGP Robertson from 1990 until 2005 dealing in all aspects of commercial and residential property. Ian moved to the Head Office of CRGP Robertson in Glasgow in 2005 which coincided with him becoming Managing Director of Allied Surveyors in Scotland.

Gregor Hinks BSc MRICS
Gregor is the head of the Commercial Division based in Glasgow. He is a partner in CRGP Robertson and a Director of Allied Surveyors plc. He joined the firm in 1989 and has developed an in-depth knowledge of the Scottish commercial property market. He was appointed to manage the commercial division in 1998. He has an extensive client base including Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Scotland plc, Clydesdale Bank, National Trust for Scotland, University of Glasgow, Church of Scotland, Argyll & Bute Council and national retailers. His wide knowledge of the market sectors proves invaluable to clients.

Donald Wooley MRICS
Donald qualified in 1979 and after a spell south of the border specialising in Commercial Rating he moved to Ayrshire with the District Valuer where he specialised in National Taxation valuations, Compulsory Purchase and advising Local Authorities on acquisition and disposal of land and commercial property. In 1984 he joined Richard Ellis and worked in the professional valuation department dealing with commercial portfolio valuations for institutional investors as well as rating appeals and valuations on commercial property throughout Scotland. He subsequently joined the then multi-discipline practice of CRGP as partner opening the Ayr office in 1986 with considerable success. Regarded as an expert in commercial property and in particular, the Ayrshire market.

Graham MacMillan BSc (Hons) MRICS
Graham is the Senior Valuer specialising in bank valuation work and rating. He is originally from the Mull of Kintyre before training as an Assessor with Grampian Assessors. After being promoted to Senior Assessor in 2005, he left to join CRGP Robertson in January 2006. Graham acts for a number of private investment companies, individuals and all major lending institutions.

Joseph Smith FRICS
Joe qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1968. In the early 1970’s he joined DM Hall and was successful in establishing their Kirkcaldy office. He formed his own professional practice in 1979 and finally joined forces with Jim Harrison in Dunfermline some 20 years later. The firm of James Harrison and Associates was acquired by CRGP Robertson in 2003 and Joe’s knowledge of commercial property in general and the commercial market in Fife in particular is unrivalled being built on 4 decades of experience.
